Global Lab is committed to ensuring that all its inspection, testing, and certification activities are conducted with the utmost impartiality, independence, and objectivity. These principles are fundamental to maintaining the trust of clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders and are aligned with the requirements of the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

Global Lab provides testing, inspection, and certification services accessible to all applicants, regardless of size or affiliation with specific groups. The policies and procedures in place ensure that there is no discrimination or limitation to service access unless specified by applicable regulations.

2. Management of Impartiality

To maintain and demonstrate impartiality, Global Lab is committed to:

  • Identifying and Managing Conflicts of Interest:
    • Conducting periodic risk assessments associated with impartiality to identify threats and implement preventive measures.
    • Requiring all personnel to submit formal declarations of confidentiality, independence, and absence of conflicts of interest.
    • Ensuring the laboratory does not provide consultancy services that could compromise the impartiality of its decisions.

    • Engaging technical and inspection staff in training and continuous professional development programs to ensure competence and technical qualification.

Global Lab declares that it is not financially influenced by any external entity. Revenue sources derive exclusively from transparent service contracts and the provision of technical services to clients, with no external economic interference that could compromise impartiality.

5. Confidentiality and Transparency Policies

Global Lab implements strict policies to protect client data confidentiality and to ensure that all information is handled in compliance with applicable regulations. Transparency in processes and the timely management of complaints or disputes are integral to the quality management system.

6. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

Global Lab’s management appoints a quality manager responsible for monitoring and continuously improving the impartiality and independence of the management system. Annual reviews of the system ensure the effectiveness and adequacy of the adopted policies.
